Warden runs the WAD Gaming Discord server. It handles events, alerts, levels, giveaways and support tickets, and it supplies the live data behind wadgaming.uk, so the website and the server always show the same thing.

Events
The Events team creates events with a game, a UK time, an RSVP cap and a role to ping. Members RSVP with a command, and Warden posts reminders 7 days, 24 hours and 30 minutes before each event. If an event is cancelled, everyone who RSVPd is told.
Live and new-video alerts
Warden checks Twitch every 2 minutes and posts a "NOW LIVE" embed for each watched streamer. It also posts every new upload from watched YouTube channels, without spamming old videos when a channel is added. It can share stream, event and clip posts to X and Facebook too.
Levels and XP
Members earn XP from chat and voice, with spam and AFK time filtered out, plus a daily streak bonus. Rank roles are given automatically as members level up, and the leaderboard feeds the website.
Shop alerts
Warden is linked to the THYRST TCG eBay store. It announces each sale with the real item name, posts new listings every 10 minutes, and lets members browse current stock from Discord.
Community tools
Giveaways with button entry and automatic draws, polls with hidden results, welcome messages, join anniversaries, a Monday "This Week in WAD Gaming" digest, Epic free-game alerts and voice channels that people create by joining.
Moderation and support
Private support tickets with Claim and Close buttons for staff, a mod log, an instant-ban honeypot channel for spam bots, and a password-protected staff dashboard with activity stats for members and channels.
