From first chat to launch, and after.

After launch, an optional monthly care plan covers updates, small content changes, uptime checks, backups and bot maintenance, so you aren't left on your own.

  1. Chat

    A free call or a few messages to understand what you need and what it should achieve.

  2. Quote

    A fixed written quote with a scope, a timeline and a simple contract. You pay a deposit to book your slot.

  3. Build

    Work happens in stages, with a preview link and agreed rounds of changes.

  4. Launch & handover

    Go live, get your logins and files, and pay the balance. You own what you've paid for.

Common questions

How much does a website cost?

It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do. Every project gets a fixed written quote, so the price won't creep up later. Send a few details through the contact form and I'll give you a figure.

How long does it take?

Small sites usually take a few weeks from the moment content is ready. Bigger builds and bots are scheduled in your quote. The biggest hold-up is usually waiting on content, so I'll help you plan that early.

Will I own my website?

Yes. Once the final invoice is paid you own the design, the code and the content, and the domain is registered in your name. There's no lock-in.

Can I update the site myself?

If you'd like to, yes. I can add a simple editor for the parts you'll change often, such as news, events or prices. Otherwise, a care plan covers small changes for you.

Do you only work in Cornwall?

No. I'm based in Cornwall and happy to meet locally, but most work happens over email and video calls, so I work with clients anywhere in the UK.

Do you take payment in stages?

Yes. A deposit books your project in, and the balance is due at launch. Larger projects can be split into milestones.
